This User Agreement (the "Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions governing all transfers of funds, and other assets (the "Funds") in favour of Minter Development Foundation ("MDF") and the terms and conditions for the accrual of CHIP tokens or other game currencies (the "Tokens") on the Metagarden Chain blockchain (the "Blockchain"). Please read this Agreement carefully before making transfers.
2.1 All transfers of Funds in favour of MDF shall be treated as voluntary donations and are irrevocable.
3.1 MDF reserves the right to charge Tokens to the address of the sender of the Funds who made the donation.
3.2 Token accrual is based on the internal rules and algorithms of the Blockchain and may depend on the amount of the donation, time of transfer and other factors.
4.1 Tokens accrued under this Agreement may represent game currencies that can be used within game ecosystems developed on the Blockchain.
5.1 MDF makes no warranties or representations regarding the accrual of Tokens, their value, use or other aspects related to this transaction.
6.1 The User acknowledges and agrees that transferring Funds and receiving Tokens involves risks, including, but not limited to, possible losses, changes in the value of Tokens and other negative consequences.
6.2 MDF and the Blockchain shall not be liable for any loss, damage or loss arising from the use, storage or exchange of Tokens.
7.1. MDF reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by publishing an updated version on its official web resource.
8.1 The User agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement by transferring Funds to MDF.
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force on the Blockchain.
9.2 In case of any disputes or disagreements related to this transaction, the parties undertake to try to resolve them through negotiations.
The User's consent to the terms and conditions of this Agreement implies full understanding and agreement with the above terms and conditions.
